Services for:

Housing Development Signage

TGS are one of the Market Leaders in the provision of Temporary Directional Signs to New Housing Developments. Often referred to in the industry as ‘AA signs’, these Yellow and Black signs provide a means for potential visitors to be directed straight to your development. They can also be utilized as part of a local Traffic Management scheme for Construction Vehicles by use of the statutory Lorry Symbol.

At TGS, we believe in providing the best possible product and the highest level of service. Initially, we carry out a free, no obligation survey to assess the signage requirements of your development. All locations are visited and photographed to ensure their suitability for both signage and traffic flow.

We then liaise with the relevant Local Highway Authorities to obtain permission for signs to be erected. Although every Authority is different in their approach to the granting of permission for Temporary Directional Signs, the ‘clear and professional presentation’ of our applications is appreciated by the Local Authorities and often commented upon.

The TGS Temporary Directional Sign is manufactured from 3mm aluminium, which means it is very robust. All signs have a Yellow reflective face, which means they can be seen during dark Winter evenings more clearly. Our signs are erected using strong metal fixings, so the signs will not turn in the wind. We also offer the free replacement of any signs which are stolen, damaged or vandalised*.

Repeat business and recommendations from our current clients has allowed us to maintain our high standards within the industry. With many of the biggest names in the House Building Industry choosing TGS as their preferred supplier, this will continue.
